Budget & Payment

  • The agency will pay for accommodations, meals, and activities during the trip.
  • Final invoices will be issued within 7 days of return, based on actual trip costs.
  • Guests may prepay additional funds before departure if they wish. Any unused balance will be refunded.

Rooming Policy

  • Traveler Pairing (Standard): Guests are paired with another traveler for double occupancy.
  • Private Room Request (Optional): Guests may request a solo room at booking. A single supplement will apply and will be reflected in the final invoice.

Requirements

  • Travel insurance that covers trip cancellation or delay is required.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
  • Deposit and signed contract must be received by November 28, 2025, to secure participation.
